bk, i don't know what to think of kurlack. the guy definitely can be an utter idiot. i'm actually nervous he agrees with me ;-) his calls on mu in 1997 couldn't have been worse.

i think intel is playing word games when using the term "shortage." i can't prove it now but expect the truth to be realized in h1 99.

it is a little odd that intel would cut investment with this shortage. it is also odd that prices aren't increasing in this shortage. i always watch what these companies do and not what they say as they are a very tricky lot. what they say is technically true but often highly misleading as they leave out pertinent facts.

if intel does have a shortage then we'll find out soon enough.
