It is interesting to remember that the congress can at anytime "forgive" the censure if that was given to the President. This could be done at anytime, by any congress in the future. This would then erase it from the books and he could go "under oath" (as if that would matter) and state that it never happened. I am for Impeachment and removal from office. gary
