Dick Clark's New Year's Eve webcast? <vbg> Seriously, have been doing some fascinating study on SMTK...prepaid phone card biz...aggressive acquisitions the past two years...short interest of 7.5M on a 17M float, (about 41% !)...large blocks traded Friday... $1.25 in cash per share... 71% owned by institutions...AT&T buyout rumors... too dicey to commit yet, but will be watching closely next week...
