Dude This is from my friend again This guy is an idiot !!!! DUDE: You should take some accounting classes....appraise value doesn't mean actual value.... and again property, patents and technology are intangible assets (over time value may increase or decrease depending on the product and the product life cycle) (example, homes in CA in the late 1980 were higher value than today's prices.. what happened to those individuals that have home equity loans 50% higher than the actual value of the home ?).... (economical conditions play a big role on intangible assets.... supply and demand) ...look the term up in the dictionary...... The 5 million was an estimated value of the patent by PNWL..... That doesn't mean crap, until he sells... DUDE : you must have failed accounting, call your account and ask him how he places a value on a patent ... he will tell you it is very difficult to do until you actually start selling that product and understand the market potential.... Also, it is a requirement for any insider to file form 4 for any sale of their stock.... Dude, show me form 4 where Szymanski sold his share.... If he didn't file form 4 and he did sell his shares this is a violation of the SEC... and I am sure it comes with a fine and jail time.... Again, Dude I am showing you facts and you ain't showing me s#@% !!!! You are a stock basher with no supporting facts... I will be the first to say, we still need more information about this technology and the business plan for this product and the company overall. But, people like you that bash this stock without any facts really disappoint me and piss me off.... If you are not invested in this stock I think you should hold your opinion to yourself... and that is what it is your opinion, because you sure as hell don't have any facts and if you do I challenge you to print and support them ...... not this gossip stuff !
