To All: **OT** Actions I have already taken or will accomplish with this post:

1) Apologize to Jon K: His original post to me, offended me. However, I did respond to his post with some of the information he requested, but I layered it with sarcasm and tart remarks. Jon K replied to me with an apology. I replied to him and let him know that this thread and I have always been willing to answer questions. I should have at that time apologized as well, I did not. I usually do and since such was an oversight I Pmail Jon over the weekend and did just that, I apologized.

Since my exchange with Jon became the basis/excuse for a more than thirty post attack on me I took some time for introspection. I have since realized that reasonable minds could differ as to weather his post was offensive or not. (I have received post and Pmail telling me they took Jon's post as did I, offensive.)

In the future in an effort to not jump the gun, when someone post me a marginal post that is not in your face offensive, I will ask for a clarification of the post. That will give the individual a chance to do just that clarify. This should help me in the future to not jump the gun.

2) Apologize to Haim R. Branisteanu: He believes that a poster offended him while replying to Haim's “TA is Bunk” post. Haim demanded a public apology. I will concede after further analysis, that I was to quick to jump in and should have refrained from taking sides. I was guilty of trying to “head off at the pass”, what I perceived to be an exchange that could be heating up. For that Haim I am giving you the public apology you seek, for being to quick to take sides. And in addition I retract that post.

Haim I can not ask the other individual to give you an apology, that is not my charge. However, if you still feel someone owes you an apology, I suggest you first realize that your "TA is Bunk" post was offensive. I know you have given your clarifications since, but you have given no apologies.

3) Contact SI Admin (Bob): I started the MDA Thread for two reasons. One was to bring together some of the great talent on SI to present and discuss their Market Direction Analysis. The other was to have a thread that was void of heated discussions and bickering. Unfortunately, it seems that unknowingly I was the first to attract such.

Vitas: I can only suspect he carried a disdain for me for some time and found an excuse to unleash his anger against me. I tried to explain my position, but Vitas just kept escalating the exchange. I quickly realized this and informed him I was going to ask SI Admin (Bob) to review this exchange. I then refrained from further post. However, in the morning I noticed that Vitas had continued to post negative comments about me for hours approaching a total of 25 post. On occasion just posting to himself about me.

Antoine Roquentin: A few weeks ago Antoine approached me on the TSO thread and tried to start a debate with me because I believe Richard Ney's theories about Market manipulation. Evidentially Antoine has made it his mission to challenging anyone who follows Richard Ney. I do believe the market is manipulated on several levels and Richard Ney brought my attention to such, however I do not use Richard Ney's trading techniques I use my own.

Antoine seems to think that if he wants to debate you, he has a God given right to that debate. I told him no offense, but I was not interested in what he thought about the subject. I then told him what I tell everyone who wants to debate me over market manipulation, I have already debated that subject all I am ever going to for the rest of my life. I have no inclination to pursued anyone to my way of thinking nor do I feel the need to support my beliefs. Antoine lurking the MDA thread decided to join Vitas Saturday morning in his attack on me.

Note: Neither Vitas nor Antoine had ever posted a single contribution to the MDA thread prior to their attack on me.

4) I contacted SI Admin (Bob): Rather than lower myself to their level defending myself and in the process bring more vitriolic post to the MDA thread, I decided to remain silent and request SI Admin (Bob) to intervene. I have posted him three times regarding this attack. The first was to inform him of the attacks by Vitas and provide links to the exchanges. The second was to inform him Antoine Roquentin had joined the attacks and provide links to his post and all additional post by Vitas. The third was to request a reply as to the disposition of my complaints.

As of this writing it will be well past 36 hours and I have yet to receive a reply. I do not know if anything has been done, so I must assume nothing has been done. Should SI Administration not act that would display in my opinion a lack of responsibility. Should SI Administration act and not inform me as to the remedies to my complaints that in my opinion would be irresponsible as well. Any SI Member so attacked should at the very least, be informed as to the remedies initiated to have some since of fair play. I am still waiting for SI to do the right thing.

Thanks to the few that supported me publicly and thanks to those that Pmailed your support. Anyone that has followed my post knows I am not one to back away from conflict, however I felt I must to help insure a continuation of the cordial and respectful atmosphere on the MDA thread. I hope the SI Administration does not let down this effort, by failing in what I feel are its responsibilities.

Hopefully this will set a precedence as to the proper way to handle such incidents.

Regards,
LG
