I wonder why ACTC hasn't shot up after their E-commerce announcement and a deal with OnSale.Com! Every other company shoots up after such an announcement. Here is ACTC with a good balance sheet with a respectable P/E of 20 or so, one of the fastest growing in revenues, etc. But, the stock remained at 2-4 levels and hasn't found a new base. Why is it?

May be that E-Commerce companies are not supposed to make a profit. The moment they make a profit, you need to compute P/E ratios!
