FWIW
I was looking at Spains WEBS and ADRs. Seems they have had a bit of luck getting on track running up to the EURO. Besides having a healthy economy and good growth, they may be positioned to really compete because the cost of their goods is cheaper from what I understand.

I know there should be other countries that should be able to gain an edge in this new market but have not been able to pick them out.
I will follow the links you provided and see where they lead:)
