DVD at the Inauguration! Time-Warner and Sony were showing off DVD
on the National Mall in Washington this weekend. No, they wouldn't
let me take the box apart to see if C-Cube was inside. Intel was also
there with a MMX PC, into which a DVD-ROM player had been inserted.

You've read about DVD's capabilities on this thread (sharp picture,
dubbing/subtitles in eight languages, director's cut, biographies of
director and actors, etc., etc.), but seeing is really believing!

Ladies and gentlemen, get ready to throw out your VCRs!
