I agree with your Prosigna price.

However, I get $1,996 for the DELL configuration.

CPQ does not provide 1 year onsite service for that price.
I think you have to pay 99 to 199 for that kind of service.
Let us say it is the lower price, then CPQ is actually $ 2,198.

Thus DELL is 10.1% less for a similar configuration and service.
