Impeachmet is the only Constitutional Censure. The pity is that WJC, HRC and their cronies act like mafiosa. Ask anyone who investigated the Mafia (e.g. CIA Director Louis Freah), it is tough to convict mafiosa. He (Freah) wrote that the Clintons acted like those people in a communication to the Clintons' lap dog Janet Reno. Congress has declined to Impeach on the things like Income Tax Evasion. There is little dispute that he is guilty of criminal Tax Evasion in regards to McDougal and Castle Grande. Let history show that he was Censured by Impeachment. If the Democrats are so hippocritical that they engage in pure partisan politics from fear of Whitehouse retribution or political backlash, then pity them we must. Peter
