I would say that you are on the mark. The only two negatives are will there be a postive stock market and IPO market in March April or May when AESI brings it's IPO. Time is now working against AESI & it's IPO, the company needs a sense of urgency, after wasting 7 months on a reverse merger concept acquisitions, which was doom to failure the day it was anounced in March 1998, and finally abanded on Nov 2, 1998 what a critial waste of time, now we must wait longer while attornies work on how to kill this new concept, you know the old story of life if you want to kill something give it to an attorney and they will do a damm good job on it, thy have never created any thing to society except kill deals, they are deal breakers, not visioneries like Chuck Broes, Oh well sit tight next year at this time all gloom and doom

may turn into a gushing OIL WELL, but the patient of JOBE will be required, in the mean time taz loss selling should be met with a buying opurnity. SHALOM
