Frank-Hope everything is well with you-pdge does look interesting. Have a couple items would like to throw out- I noticed that company is not paying taxes-do you happen to know the amount of operating loss carryforward still available? On the positive side is that company is calculating in diluted eps the preferred shares-I read something about $166,000 in accumulated dividends still unpaid. With around $500,000 in cash based on what I had read-and the recent stock repurchase of up to $400,000. Wondering how aggressive company can be with acquisitions. I would assume that they would finance this with debt? Thanks John
