To All,

Well folks, I had my meeting with SSP. I really was impressed. The building the company is in was just taken completely over by them and renovated. It still had that clean fresh paint smell. It is just off of US 41 in south Sarasota, FL.

Chatted with Frank Clark for a bit. He definitely is very enthusiastic about the possibilities for this company. After spending time with him and Don Lawrence I can understand why. He has high hopes of seeing this company soar as others have that he has worked with in the past. He is an impressive man and very comfortable to sit and talk with.

Don Lawrence was in a meeting when I first arrive but joined us shortly. We talked about the general direction of the company. Some of the things that OASiS2 can do and some of the things planned for it down the road. Mr. Lawrence took the time to demonstrate the OASiS2 and we talked about Dr. Saye and how his techniques could now be taught to many without having to travel the seminar circuit. There is no other method available on the market right now (that is known of) that has the capability of bringing instant access of new procedures and state of the art equipment and how to use them right into the operating room.

I picked up a pamphlet in the reception area that was a reprint of an article written in the "Surgical Technology International." Addition VII is not on their web sight (WWW.ump.com) as of today so you cannot see it just yet. It is this type of exposure (a long with the shows) that has the medical profession all a buzz and is the reason that orders are now starting to come in. Some how this same news has got to reach the general public in order to generate interest in SSP. Anyone have any ideas?

I've got to go to work now.

Tom B.
