Good question, I suspect the party will remain but that the tone might become more moderate if it wants to survive.

Frankly, they're acting like a bunch of condo commandos with the intent to 'payback' the democrats for countless reasons. The American voting public is not stupid and they will remember come the next election day, look at what happened in the recent election. This time, they'll all be looking for another job.
