Thanks for the report.
I agree wholeheartedly that ...if they have as good a thing as they say they do, they need to get the word out.
* Analyst coverage
* Possibly bombard CNBC with e-mail, asking them to do a report on SURG. Or call in during question and answer time......
* Contact Medical Trade Magazines, as well as Financial Publications
* Get a PR firm hired to get their name out, regular news releases and etc.....Investors, need to hear about SURG from a legitamate souce.
* Possibly form an alliance with a " big boy ". Either by buyout, acquisition or simply forming a mutual partnership.
This brings up another point. Awhile back, I believe they said certain things happened at the show that they couldn't talk about....good things hopefully. Did you get any inkling as to what happened at the show ? If good things did happen, it would be nice if they told us what was up. If they can't be specific, they could at least come forward with a press release telling us something, without giving anything away.
Lastly...." orders are coming in ". This is good. Did they give you an indication as to how the numbers will look when earnings come out ?....and do they have any kind of realistic projection as to where they will be in 1 year, 5 years etc...
Also, did they by chance explain the method in which employee's are being paid. I heard they were being paid in just stock, which I find hard to phathom. And does anybody know how many shares are held by the exec's ? Have they sold or bought recently and etc....If they get shares as part of salary it would explain why they are not buying and only selling, IF thats the case, which I don't know. What comes to mind is most top execs in a company at .50 - $1.00 a share would be buying it up as quick as they could...telling friends and etc...IF they felt really good about the prospects. No insider stuff or anything...just simply telling people of a good possible opportunity with a company dirt cheap and fixing to bust loose. The lack of shares traded is very puzzling to me...........
Thanks for all your help and for sharing the events of your visit.
