Thank you Sector. I guess we now can say that the debt repurchase is in all respects an unmitigated positive. Not only does it reduce the already small debt and interest expense burden, as well as the future dilutive effect of the conversion feature, but it reflects a positive management outlook on the company's future in the same way that a stock repurchase would.
