True, but how many times during a court case does one keep flaunting the law re: perjury, knowingly submitting a false afidavit, coaching witnesses, etc. It wasn't just one instance. It was a series of actions undertaken by the defendant. If one uses the speeding metaphor, how many times can one speed at 65 miles an hour in front of the police car before he will ticket you?
