Maybe you're right. But I don't recall the unrestrained exhuberance as in ASND's recent conference call, and that's what's needed for the stock to take off come Wednesday.
Other examples of restrained commentary: CSCC totally goofed in their commentary (widely misunderstood IMO), despite good earnings in last report -- which killed its momentum and stock lost 25% valuation since. MSFT handily beat earnings estimates, but the cautionary forward looking coments will likely moderate its gain. Although MSFT, the bluenose it is, has reputation for cautionary prognoses, so their cautious comments are often discounted. It'll be interesting to watch MSFT over next few days. USR, not quite the bluenose of an IBM or MSFT, can't get away with cautionary comments.
