Those are guilty of different types of infractions. I don't think speeding is even a misdemeanor. Hit and run driving and driving while impaired are felonies. The comparison I was making was of one who continued making the same infractions in front of the authorities. Sooner or later, the cop is going to give you a ticket.

Clinton will probably be dragged in the mud a little while longer till they work out a settlement. The real punishment is the disclosure through the hearings and through the admissions in the settlement agreement, not the censure and not the fine. I'd be surprised if he'll get convicted in court. I expect the jury to let him off or at worst with a suspended sentence. Perhaps, Hillary is behind the hard line since she has Presidential aspirations.
