While in general I think that the above is a good rule, I think today we are seeing the exception to that rule. The professionals are getting out, while there is still something to be gotten out.

I also think that Coke's revenue announcement is weighing more heavily
on the market than the Clinton impeachment hearings. When the Cokes of the world starting announcing bad results than a "change is in the air".
