Internet Pricing Breakthrough: Internet Media to OfferWireless T1
Equivalent for $599, 30%-50% Below Market

BATON ROUGE, La., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: USRF; pronounced you surf) announced today that it
has developed a technology which provides business customers high-speed
wireless Internet access at burstable T1 equivalent speeds (1.54 Mbs)
for $599 per month (less in some markets), or 30% to 50% below the
prevailing market price for the popular T1 corporate line. The price
will include all related charges.

"This is a breakthrough technology that allows for breakthrough
pricing," said Internet Media President David Loflin. "Small business
customers previously priced out of the market for T1 speed and capacity
are now priced in, and will be able to obtain access from their
participating local Internet service provider (ISP) instead of the
telephone company. Moreover, by offering the USRF Wireless Internet
system, participating local ISPs would have the ability to sell
frequency bandwidth, thereby becoming extremely cost competitive in
their respective markets.

"Local ISPs will now be able to compete with national ISPs such as
America Online, Mindspring and Verio, and regional ISPs like Rocky
Mountain Internet.

"This system and its speed will also make it easier to access search
engines, browsers and Web destinations such as Microsoft, Netscape
Communications, Yahoo, Excite, Amazon.com, eBay and Lycos," Mr. Loflin
added.

In addition, the Internet Media technology will enable participating
ISPs to offer high-speed wireless ISDN-line equivalent speed (124 kbs)
to business and residential Internet users at approximately 35% below
the current market price for similar hard-wire Internet access.

Internet Media's technology also provides several compelling advantages
over existing hard-wire Internet service. It is completely non-reliant
on a hard-wire or cellular telephone system, requires no FCC license,
and provides constant Internet access from any computer -- stationary or
mobile -- within the system transmission area. The technology employs a
two-way modem, developed by the company.

Internet Media expects to launch its low-cost service no later than
March 1999 in Pueblo, Colorado. The company has reached an agreement in
principle with an existing ISP, which will purchase infrastructure from
Internet Media for a wireless system to serve downtown Pueblo. The
system is to be operated under a license from Internet Media, under
which Internet Media is to share in system revenue.

The company is currently in negotiations with several other independent
ISPs to roll out its low-cost, high-speed Wireless Internet access
service.
