Andrew I can't say enough bad things about etrade, but if you want to
trade penny stocks, do not use etrade. I couldn't get them to execute
a market limit order, let alone within the spread. If anything went
wrong, I spent countless hours waiting for customer service and no
satisfaction in the end.
Don't waste your time.
