DAC,

As you seem to be a TMSR expert. I was doing some research and found that one corporate official, David Carter- TMSR's most major shareholder, has been selling shares, approimately 10,000 per month, over the past few months.

I am NOT trying to flame TMSR. I am well aware that major shareholders buy/sell shares for a variety and a multitude of reasons, many having nothing to do with the shares or company, but with their personal financial needs. I also note that NO other major shareholders have sold ANY TMSR shares as of late (according to info from lombard reserach.)

But, I do like to see financial officers buying shares in cos vs selling.

As you obviously know a lot about TMSR can you enlighten me on this activity.

Thanks,

Stephen
