Once the price settles down I think I will get back in. This deal leverages the TDFX brand away from CREAF, DIMD, etc. Either they have a brand or they don't. They could do an internet portal for direct sales for retail vastly increasing profit margins. They can focus the ordering of chips without having to guess what games CREAF, DIMD etc are playing. They can make sure the drivers are PERFECT right out of the shoot. They can grow the company in a step by step fashion, as the entertainment market expands. And of course they have the system set up for OEMs.

The timing is the only risk. If something weird happens and the deal does not go through, V3 will be very lonely.
