Tick servers down again today.. Friday they said they were working on them, today they went down at 9:25, came up twice, and finally stayed connected at about 10 am. The thing is there was no data on charts etc before 10 am. After 38 minutes on hold I got through and the lady who answered had no idea there was a problem, but she moved me to another server. That got the tick server connection working, and only took until 11 am.

As a free bonus, the L2 froze and restarted while I was on the phone and SHE SAW IT TOO... I am so sick of being told this is an internet problem when they know very well that the internet does not populate their servers with old data. In #daytaders chat room the stockedge users all saw the same thing. Will this finally be fixed? I doubt it.

Also interesting was the tech ladies response when I asked if she knew how Level 2 quotes worked. She said "No not really, I am not a trader" - like as tech support there is no need to know how quotes work?

Here it is 10:54 and I am still looking at 10:29 bid entries for 6 7/8 on AMMB, the bid is 6 3/4 and has been for a long time. Other symbols have the same thing, bad entries still in their database because THEIR SERVERS DISCONNECTED.

I guess the first lesson their tech people are taught in training is "deny deny deny"
