MKII at .09... a thumbnail valuation... The $6.2 mil Ponderosa deal ALONE makes MKII's market cap at least .09/share: "An MAI appraisal, completed by C. Michael Polk & Associates, Inc. in the fourth quarter of 1997, concluded the value of total property was $6,215,000. The purchase price is $4,350,000. This provides the Company with a built-in equity of $1,865,000." Now the OTHER 9 restaurants and the AT & T deal... well the valuation could be $1-$3!!! Shorts in BIG TROUBLE... we'll see .20 to .30 by the end of the day... could gap to $1 tomorrow!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
