aC, "and that the long-term values achievable by the Company are higher, by an order of magnitude, than the price proposed by Gold."

What do you think that could mean in terms of shareprice? 2 x $4.50 = $9? Order of magnitude could also mean double digits instead of single digits I suppose. Whatever it means its clear by this report that Tsang was trying to steal the company with his low-ball offer. The right thing for him to do is to resign now. If not, the Board of Directors, and the shareholders, should demand his resignation. Is this someone you could trust now to re-structure and grow the company once again in order to achieve that order of magnitude increase in valuation that the special committee refers to? I don't think so - his interest appears to be one that would primarily enrich himself and his special investment group and not shareholder interests. A dismal failure as CEO of OAKT and now a failed buyout bid.
