Just Keep Driving
BAT International, whose claims of having invented a new car engine that can get 100 miles per gallon were described in these pages a couple of weeks ago, is being investigated by the SEC and received a 46 point subpoena. What piqued the SECs interest? Maybe it was the 23.4 million shares of BAT that changed hands in just one day. Maybe it was all the internet hype in which BAT president Joseph LaStella hyping the stock - allegedly hyping the stock,
that is BAT now says there are " Numerous" Joe LaStella imposters riding the Information Highway, getting much more than a measly 100 miles per gallon.
