<<Gigamux, first to market in a potentially huge market and as of yet only token sales.
Has everyone forgotten WCOM's trials, emailing the lab technicians? Adding up
how many GigaMuxes WCOM might buy? Or has that cheer simply grown old
and was updated to the new snappy Media One cheer?>>

There is no reason to think a WCOM deal is any less likely now
than ever before. No one talks about it because we have no
information. We talk about Media One because we have ongoing
updates, to whit, last-but-one CC, announced a sale to M1.
Later Waynetj posted a conversation which he had had with
John Mason, the director of business strategy at Osicom, here
he reported that John had three versions of a press release
waiting for Media One approval. I believe that the issue what
one of how to characterize the ongoing relationship between M1
and Osicom. In the last CC, Par reported follow on sales to M1.
My conclusion, and here we get to my opinion, is that Osicom is
developing a significant relationship with M1, that the press
release kept getting delayed and changed due to continuing upgrades
of the Gigamux installation and because of new sales to media one
and because of a need to fairly characterize a relationship which
was/is changing. I am very optimistic about the impact of this
news when it is finally made public.

<<Net+ARM first to market yet no signifcant desing wins. Only replacing the
business they had previously served with NetPrint and network cards as add ons
to printers. But nothing new, outside of printers, in months of availability.>>

<<no significant design wins>> is a false statement.
<<nothing new>> is a false statement

<<IQX-200, awarded best value per port at a time when "small local ISP's were the
fastest growing segment". Once again sales disapointing with a product of huge
potential.>>

Truely disappointing, yes, but have you addressed the fact that
this division has new management, concentrated in one place, and
that the management of Osicom is clearly divided up into the four
divisions, which allows each team to focus on their area? I see
you posting the same things over and over again. Your doubts
would have troubled me last August, but they seem very out of
date now.
