Come on, Jon. Positive thinking.
Why would these folks spend so much money, time and effort to pull this deal together, after nearly completely reorganizing both companies into one entity? To have this deal fall through? I don't think so. Actually, given the way ESVS and ZULU have been operating, I think the prudent opinion would be that this particular merger is very much in the bag.
Jon, do you really think Chmiel has come on board only for the final days of the company?
Forgive my charactertization, but I think you're nuts to think he has and that Netvest put up their money only to so easily waste it.
Here's two thoughts for ya!
1) Jon, I hate to tell you, but it appears to me that the Netvest Group's original intentions are still very much intact: To create and establish a viable Internet company which will take full advantage of Phase II of society's Information Age.
2) The kind of negative thoughts you've presented are obviously very deeply rooted within your own agenda, whatever the partiuclars of it may be. But, obviously, on the whole, you appear to continue to hold a very strong anti-ZuluGroup.com-type agenda.
Now, I think the two points above are so close to truth, perhaps they should be entered into the Facts room. |
