Cindy, I think it just got too hot in the kitchen, some people couldn't take the heat, went to form their own "postitive..spelled HYPE thread) Thats good news.. I think the title is the "don't bother me with facts" thread. If you are interested, then read ALL the posts, here not just the Bildmans, Scottis, Warrenfels and I think you may see a credibility problem in spite of having e mail addresses which as you said don't prove anything. A few months ago the issue of Richard J. Rubin was brought up on this board, whether the company attorney was representing ADVR after being disbarred in New York.
The board went into a coma for 3 days, NO one posted at all, then Joe Scotti announced there will be a chat room for ADVR, but participants would be screened. A need to run from the question is implied by this action. Joe then said he had been told it wasnt the same Rubin. What do you think the chances are that 2 Richard J, Rubins, belong to the bar in New York? (There is another Richard Rubin but there aren't 2 Richard J's) He knew it was accurate information and decided to take the discussion off the boards, he said he was told it wasn't the same Richard RUbin...did he investigate this? NO he ran...
Once again things are getting sticky.. he is running from the issue and forming a new thread, if you want to be fed bull go there, if you don't believe that things in ADVR land are all rosy, then check it out yourself. Go to AOL board and you will see the notice of the disbarment of Rubin which took place in 1995, over a year before he filed with the SEC on behalf of ADVR.
I notice Hirschman has directed any questions to a PR firm, know what a PR firm will tell you? WHatever they are paid to tell you. Better do some independent checking if you are looking for the truth, then take a look at all the untruths you've seen here, not to mention the deliberate hype and you have to think WHY? Legitimate companies don't need to cover up and they don't need to send out hypesters.

To Joe and all: Is there any validity to some posting on the AOL board that attorney Richard Rubin represented ADVR while being disbarred or even that he was disbarred?

Attorney R.Rubin DOES rep. ADVR. Whether he has been disbarred or not I do not know. He is involved and there is big things a brewing. Don't want to say too much as I do not want to screw anything up. Tedde (Long on ADVR)
By the way, where on AOL is there info on ADVR?

It got very quiet when it was asked why Richard Rubin, who was disbarred in Feb of 1995 was the legal counsel for ADVR and doing their SEC filings. I believe that is when everyone went underground, including you Joe. You back now?

I would check your sources, mine are saying this is not the same Rubin. Don't post unless you can back it up. Anyway, who is SMARTIN8231? I am not underground just waiting for some news and busy with my company! |
