Mooter: I agree with your prediction. Why? Well, for the life of me I can see no reason why Castle Creek, as astute financiers(?), would let any client off the floor-less convertible hook without a sufficient "warm and fuzzy" that the hook's a moot issue. Guess we'll know with time, eh? John~
