Two Iomega Insiders Bought 90,000 Shs In Early Nov

(NewsTraders.com) -- Two Iomega (IOM) insiders combined to purchase a total of 90,000 common shares in early November, according to Form 4 filings released today by the SEC.

Director John Sheehan purchased 80,000 shares at $6.94 per share on November 3 and now directly holds 160,000 shares. Vice President James Taylor purchased 10,000 shares at $5.50 per share on November 2 and now directly holds 23,000 shares.

As reported, Iomega announced today that it agreed with the Federal Trade Commission to pay a $900,000 fine to settle charges that it violated certain consumer protection rules relating to rebates and refunds.
