As anyone can easily deduce from the March 98 financials combined with the placement of 2 million more shares for the advertising deal BAT has virtually no more shares to issue.

I knew you where dishonest but until now I didn't realize you were unable to do basic math. If there are 78 million shares issued and everyone is filing 144's then the public float is approaching 78 million. Perhaps you can explain your figure of 30 million?
