Scrapps or Janice or Anyone,

I was just contacted by a friend who knows I hold a position in USRX, he asked me if I was aware of the insider selling. I told him I was not. He mentioned that there was something in the past issue of Individual Investor. I shamefully admit that I haven't made it past the cover, that is one mean set of legs isn't it? Anyway the issue is at my office of which I am not willing to go to tonight. Can any verify or refute this? I would appreciate it as it will agrevate me until it is put to rest. Thanks
