Interesting report from AMR Research, they predict the CRM market to grow to $11.5 billion by 2002 with $7.5 billion from license revenue. That is a 1000% increase from 1997. With Siebel being the dominant force in this space we could see their revenues reaching 2 to 3 billion making them a monster SW company. Maybe Tom knew exactly what he was talking about on last quarter's CC when he said he will be the 3rd largest ERP company by Q1, 1999.
