An order of magnitude usually means exponentially
one up.

If the base is "2", then it is 2x;
If the base is "10", then it is 10x;

I would venture to say the usual interpretation is
10x. I.e., $4.5 x 10 == $45.00.

Finally,I don't think David should resign. David merely
wanted to control the company that he founded from some outside
investors who, from time to time, short the company that he
viewed as non-supportive.

If you force such a founder to resign, 50%+ of the value of
the company will go down the tubes.

DO you want to see OAKT traded at $2.00?
I don't think so.
