The lower the price of Cube the safer the investment. After all the ultimate exposure is loosing all your money and if you buy 1000 shares for 35 versus 1000 shares at 40 you have at risk only 35,000.

That's reality, but it isn't how the street sees it. The street doesn't believe in buy low sell high. They believe in the buy high sell higher philosophy that William O'Neill promotes.

For example Value Line rates Cube as a safety factor of 4, because of the great drop in the price of the stock. But at such a low price (38) it is a less risky investment. Just watch when Cube gets to 50 Value line will rate it a 3, when it gets to 65 Value line will rate it a 2, and when it hits 75 Value line will rate it a 1.

Those of us who have been here at the party for awhile know that there is a whole lot more risk at 70 then at 38. We also know that every day that goes by brings Cube one day closer to being where its destiny is to be. (much higher)

My point is that I don't see big money pouring into Cube for safety because big money doesn't think that way. If anything big money will protect and defend the huge investments that they have made in the large cap issues like INTC and MSFT. They can just divert that 10-12 billion a month they get in new fund money to shore up their bets and show their customer just how smart they are.

Remember nobody ever got fired for buying IBM. They will soon be saying that about MSFT & INTC just watch.

What inefficient, twisted market thinking we have.
