OK now you got me talking to myself, Ha! To All:

IMHO there are 3 answers that we need going forward.

1. What will be the number of shares that Cube will use each quarter to determine its earnings per share? (ie. if Cube had used the same number of shares in Q4 as they did in Q3 to calculate earnings Cube would have had earnings of .51 in Q4 96)

2. What will be Cubes effective tax rate for the upcoming quarters?
(see Emp Lee post # 8801)

3. What amount of profits will Cube management choose to divert from the bottom line into research?

Alex B. stated on the call that growth should be pretty much be the same the next 2 quarters going forward as it has been in the recent past. He also said that he expected growth to accellerate in the 2nd half.

If the numbers are to continue in the same upward trend the three questions above need to be answered.

If anyone has any thoughts on these or any other issues they feel are key to properly placing a value on the enterprise please don't heitate to jump in. Thanks.

Craig
