OT A general question about The Senate. What percentage of the Senate is held by the Democrats? If they need 2/3's of the Senate to impeach the Prez, and let's say around half of it is Dem., then Clinton is NOT going to be impeached. Hence, market rally ensues. Simple as that IMO, JH p.s. Also, some speculate that the economy would suffer greatly if Billy C. were impeached. Why would the economy suffer? Are people just going to go home and crawl in bed for a year and not answer the phone or turn on the lights?
