I agree with your interpretation of "order of magnitude", but I doubt that is what the special committee had in mind in terms of OAKT's future valuation as this would value the company at approx. $1.9B. Suffice to say its grossly undervalued based on future potential. In terms of Tsang resigning, I completely disagree with Tsang leaving having such a negative effect on the shareprice. Hasn't he done enough damage already regarding the destruction of shareholder value and confidence? Do you think the street would react negatively to replacing him with someone who is more shareholder oriented and one that has a successful track record with technology turn-arounds? We are not talking Bill Gates here and a large part of their business is still commodity based. The stock is quite capable of going to $2.00 with Tsang still at the controls - he has been there before. Are you on a first name basis with Mr. Tsang because you know him personally?
