What does disbarrment in the stae of NY have to do with SEC filings. Are they invalid? The only thing that I see here is that Rubin can not practice in NY. ADVR did not violate any laws. Are you pleading guilt by association? 2. Can you explain why you must use multiple screen names? Now these are the ones even you admit to having. We are not even talking about the ones you are accused of having. I suppose Dr. Hirschman has nothing better to do but sit and answer your phone calls. What does any investor relations department tell you? First you find fault that no one is commenting and now you find fault when they do. It's obvious that you are only looking to trash ADVR.
