VS, you said:
1) "I consider FTEL and FNET as part of the same company since they file consolidated statements."
I sort of agree with that. They're joined at the hip. FTEL has 69%, and the operation to separate them will be the first thing that drops that below 50% --- probably the IPO.
.
2) "It is not too difficult to make a large quarter based on ... crediting sales to one quarter."
That's true, but the trick of stealing sales from one or more quarters to make another one look good doesn't work for a string of quarters in a row --- and I say that's what we have now.
My position is that TEMPEST revenues for this quarter will be greater than for last quarter, which were greater than for the quarter before, which in turn were greater than the quarter before that, AND ---
FNET revenues will be well up this quarter (though not as much as I originally thought - the Honduras phone system was completely knocked out by Hurricane Mitch, and Bosnia didn't get on the FNET Harris Switch until well into the quarter).
I'm guessing $1.2M total revenues --- $800K from FTEL and $400K from FNET.
.
The best thing about this is we will KNOW within 3 weeks! Trust neither one of us tries to 'weasel out' of standing by our words!

Cheers
