Thanks for the info, NewsTrader. It was news to me. Being the largest shareholder of any company has its natural privileges. Nonetheless, whenever I see that a person is paid $164,000 for 'consulting services', it makes me try to see 'sweet deals' (nepotism, et al) that might not be there. When a consultant getting this sort of money gets nominated for the Board, I try to smell the air to see if the aroma of money is passing by as it goes into someone's hidden pockets. Everything may be totally above board in this deal. I'd sure like to know how Mr. Wilms consults to earn his money.
