TMSR has traded from a low of $3.50 to a high of $9.50 and only 51,000 shares were sold during the last 26 weeks. You must be talking about Robert Carter who has sold about 30,000 shares at prices ranging from a low of $4.88 to a high of $7.00. These small shares represented about 7% of his total amount of shares. Am not concerned at all from this low amount of shares sold. Insiders own over 51% of all shares. That is a lot of shares they are holding going into the all important 4th quarter. Robert Carter's last sell was on 11/29/96.

Instititional Buying is Increasing - SI reported a NET 96,000 shares bought the last quarter following last qtrs 191,000 shares bought. Institutions now own 7.3% of all shares.
