Overly pessimistic? I don't think that's possible with VALH. Even if all their legal and tax problems went away, I think the odds of this company even surviving for a couple more years are slim. All they need is one ruling against them and they'll go over the cliff. Did you read about their plan to pay off the overdue taxes? If the govt.s accept it, they'll issue enough stock to raise over $600,000. Let's see, at $0.01, which would be very kind, that comes out to 60,000,000 more shares. Unless Forest Hill is a hidden gem, they're in real trouble...
This company was the first one I bought when I moved in to the pennies, and it was a good education, but that's about all I can say for it. Sold out at a penny and was thrilled to get that much!! If you guys are still holding on, I wish you the best of luck.
