Just spoke to Edward Salmon at scmi, he told me they expect to be profitable very soon, possibly next quarter, they have a number of new contracts coming for 1999, no more Reg S, around 35 million outstanding shares, and expect to be a turnaround story next year....expect a series of releases after the first of the year, oh yea, regarding the last paragraph of the SEC filing, they don't ever want to be considered mis-leading, yes like many BB companies, they are hurting for cash at the moment, but are definitely alive and kicking, might be worth watching as a possible winner for early next year
