**Mostly Ot** Steve, Even the Republican prosecutors are saying that they do not have a winnable case for perjury in any courtroom. So I do not know why you are convicting him of perjury. That is why Hyde and company did not come up with any specific statement of Clinton's to put in a bill of particulars. The bottom line is that the strongest charge is perjury and this can not be upheld in court. Because Clinton's definition of SR is accurate as demonstrated by Black's law dictionary and Webster's dictionary and his own definition. Did he lie and mislead regarding his personal affairs? Yes. Did he commit perjury? No. Do you think it is right to elect a man to one of the most pressured, high stress jobs in the world and then relentlessly investigate him and his family for 5 years? It is the vicious religious right (AKA..pharisees) that is behind this peculiarly unchristian attempt to destroy Clinton and his family. I suppose it will flush out these strange acrimonious people who justify their witch hunt. This is a power grab by the religious right. But this should not affect DELL stock long term. We may see a short scare blip here and overseas.
