When companies start suing their detractors like this, you know the writing is on the wall. Another Philips. There is absolutely NO WAY that this judgement can be enforced--there's probably enough crap that can stick to ECGOF to satisfy 100 shareholder lawsuits. I think it's just a ploy to silence the critics. P.S. Does anyone know where this individual was posting his messages? I searched both SI and Yahoo and could not find anything.
