IBIC "ROARS" INTO 1997....!!!

According to an informed source:

-IBIC is currently negotiating with the TSE regarding a TSE listing..

-They hope to be listed on either the TSE or MSE in 2 - 3 months...

-There are several major transactions which could be announced shortly
(2 weeks??)

a) negotiations with NORANDA regarding approx 1 million acres of
timber property in Guyana...

b) negotiations with a company to purchase a "mine" north of Timmins,
Ontario......(mine assests have to be at least $5 Million)...

c) negotiations with principals in Argentina regarding gold?? prospects..

========================================

Now, reference to the Ghana gold property...if the deal goes through, it
could mean a profit of approx $1.5 Million per annum (for 8 years) to IBIC,
at the very least...

All in all, there appear to be some very significant developments occurring
with the company...Developments which, if brought to successful conclusions,
will greatly impact the international stature of the company and the
associated value of it's stock...

I believe we're in for some very interesting and exciting times ahead with
IBIC...

Stay tuned...

Regards......Ray
